Newspaper Club

I was advised by a tutor to look at a website called newspaperclub.com as they are a company that let you design a newspaper and then they print and mail it to you! They have printed more than 12 million newspapers for thousands of customers all over the world and have worked with big agencies, small businesses and creative individuals who just want to print a handful of newspapers.

This would be great for me to use as I could create a newspaper focussing on Donald Trump and Fake news and have it printed into a real and professional newspaper rather than just having a bound document therefore it will be presented a lot nicer and be more interactive with the reader.

They provide a template for adobe illustrator so that I know what the size of the document needs to be and can design on it straight away. The site also gives examples of other peoples newspaper creations such as wedding newspapers, portfolios, catalogues etc for inspiration.

They also send free examples of an example paper so I decided to order one. Inside it gives you handy information and tips to help with the design process such as examples of what font size to use and also do’s and dont’s.
This has been really helpful because it has allowed me to know how the paper will look and feel, as well as size and proportions of images and text to make sure that I don’t get any mistakes printed.
